das musikvideo „my home is my hell“ für die band go! go! gorillo ist eine minimalistische frame by frame hommage an den klassischen rock n’ roll in der jetztzeit. das video spielt mit altbekannten symbolen der männlichkeit, ihren wunschvorstellungen und ängsten. angelehnt an den text des liedes werden die gefühlten und gelebten einschränkungen der rolle des modernen mannes hinterfragt. die handgefertigte rotoskopie animation im linolschnitt-look bringt die leinwand zum glühen und den eigenen inneren gorilla zum tanzen.

the music video „my home is my hell“ for the band go! go! gorillo is a minimalisic frame by frame hommage to classic rock’n’roll in our times. the imagery of the video plays with symbols of manhood, it’s wishful thinking and it’s fears. relating to the lyrics of the song the felt and lived limitations of the role of the modern man are questioned. in a handmade rotoscope animation in lino-cut-optics the screen starts to glow and lets your inner gorilla dance.
